How will the student demonstrate their learning progress following the spaced out arrangements of the assessments?
The student should exhibit their learning progress differently depending on the type of assessment. After each questioning session, the teacher should be in a position to take note of any improvement and the areas requiring remediation. The areas in need of remediation for the elementary children will include the most apparent pre-school learning areas need and necessary skills in academic skills. For such students, the remediation approach and the necessary learning goals should be addressed through their Individualized Education Program (IEP). This should also consider the additional services that children with exceptional needs will be given during the first day school. Other learning proficiencies may not be considered a technical aspect of RTI but are considered critical in order to assist an elementary or pre-school children’s later success in their schooling.
